Overview

The Lead Product Manager is a pivotal role within the Product team, reporting directly to the VP, Product. The Product Team is responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, conducting market research, and prioritizing innovation roadmaps based on customer needs and business goals. They collaborate closely with customers, subject matter experts, technology, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product releases deliver maximum value to users, customers, and the company.

The Lead Product Manager is responsible for guiding the development and execution of CodaMetrix’s product strategies and roadmaps. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management, with expertise in healthcare revenue cycle, medical coding, and machine learning-based solutions. This position requires close collaboration with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure products are market-ready, customer-centric, and aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with CodaMetrix’s mission and business goals
  • Conduct thorough market and user research, including competitive analysis, to identify opportunities and inform product priorities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post-launch optimizations
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, subject-matter experts, and technical teams to define product requirements and recommend the optimal solution approaches
  • Engage with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to create go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and competitive differentiation
  • Solicit and incorporate customer feedback to refine the product, ensuring that updates deliver measurable value
  • Utilize best practices in product management methodologies and maintain processes that support rapid development cycles and a customer-focused approach
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to healthcare revenue cycle management and AI solutions
  • Track and report on key performance metrics for product initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the product team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of success in the healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, or B2B SaaS industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in machine learning-driven product solutions, with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into marketable product features
  • Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a data-driven mindset for decision-making and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in applying product management best practices and methodologies such as Agile development, Continuous Discovery, and Product Operating Models
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery under tight deadlines
